Gobble, Gobble anyone?

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving happens to be my favorite Holiday! Maybe because it was never as stressful as Christmas time with Christmas push and all and I guess you always took the time to go over life and find the things that you're the most thankful for which were usually loved ones and the special times you spent together. Yeah... the food has absolutely nothing to do with it! :D

Anywho, I'm thankful for all my good friends,my best friend Tati, my family, My Sam, Judah and Aidan and so, so much more.

I was never a huge talker... so I'll leave it at this:

Just be thankful for the folks around you, you're loved ones and the times that you have together, it won't last forever. Even those rough times... you'll eventually get through it and that's what builds your character. And how can you move on to the future if you're holding on to the past? Let it go and let it push you forward.

Life is as good as you make it to be!

4 sick wittle boys in the house

It's so sad when kids get sick. I almost always get teary eyed when I see a child sick (sniff, sniff). Odin walks around with tears in his big blue pretty eyes, Aidan didn't want to be moved around and Judah hasn't eaten anything all day only water. He just had a glass of milk (at 9pm) and now he's drifting off to sleep again. Aidan began feeling better earlier on today but last night was quite the night with the both of 'em. Sam and I had to wash a ton of towels, sheets and blankets. Anywho, I'm happy that they're feeling better and can't wait till I can play with them all rough again... Judah's not meant to be quiet like this... I miss him....I want things back to the way they were!!!! Soon Stephy..Soon! :)

Ape shit fires...

So there's "wild fires" going on here in Ca again.This time it about 5 mi away from us(right now) although it's heading W. which is away from us. But they said that the winds could change which is what happened yesterday. Anywho, now to my story.

Sam and Jaydee, longing for adventure and escape from their day to day "Fatherly routine" decided to chase after the fires last night... I'll let Jaydee tell that story my story is:

Terri and I are home with the kids while the men are chasing after that "ultimate high" or what I like to call "ultimate boner" hahahaha (sorry) and I get a call from Jeff (Sam's dad) and he's asking where Sam is and so I fill him in.

Next morning:

Sam: "Yeah, my dad called last night and asked if I was keeping a close watch on the fires. I said "yeah. Why?"

Jeff: Because it's going Ape shit that's why!!!


Hahahahha! I thought that was SO funny especially since it was coming from Jeff. Anywho, thought I'd share.

Aidan

This post is dedicated to Aidan who in one month will be a year old! Time flies! He's so full of life and alway active. He's a bit more serious than his older brother Judah was at his age. Ppl have commented that he sometimes looks like he's plotting an evil plan when he focuses on something which he does often. Either way he still looks adorable to me being his mother but you gotta admit... he IS a cutie and WILL be quite the heartbreaker. :)

In foolish loving memory for Marie on her birthday!

So, I just have to tell this story because when it happened I couldn't stop laughing because it reminded me of Marie and I when we were young...

I was ballooning at good 'ol El Torito's and I starting making balloons for this one table with these two young chubby girls probably around 10-11 years old (sisters)both with an enormous size plat of food .

As I was making them their balloons I happened to notice that out the window on the sidewalk there was this man dressed as the "Grim reaper" advertising for some store close by. He looked pretty funny as his head was a bit over sized and he was doing this funky dance... Anywho, I made a comment about this creature (can't remember what I said) and it made the girls and the parents laugh; the parents stopped laughing but the girls continued on with their giggles and kept looking out the window at that "Ripper". I said another comment (again, can't remember) and that made the girls laugh even harder and they began adding to the comment and making jokes to each other. Then one girl (this one would be me as I'm the clumsy one :P) accidentally dropped her plate on the floor. The other girl upon seeing this began laughing so hard that she had to spit her food out(I'm not saying that this one is you Marie, as it happens to everyone). This made both the girls laugh even harder and they both began to choke. A "cough, cough, giggle, giggle, red face" sort of thing. Anywho.... I went away in laughter, a huge smile on my face and with a fuzzy filling inside. Made me miss you Marie and the fun times that I always have with you. Wish that I could spend this very special day with you but can't. Love to but can't...:P
